Employee Engagement Survey

We strive to create a workplace where all of our employees feel comfortable and appreciated. As part of this continued effort, we regularly conduct surveys to address workplace morale and prevent unwanted turnover.

Our global employee surveys give us a chance to evaluate not only the overall employee engagement, but also quickly address issues that may be impacting a specific department or individual. After the survey, results are presented to the management with concrete improvement actions, which are constantly followed up on. We listen to our people, because they are the biggest asset.
